A few things to know
What are chops?
Chops are points you earn through Genie activities. A correct daily answer earns the chops shown on that question. Save them towards rewards in the app; the centre handles approval and collection.
Do I need to install anything?
You can start in your browser. We recommend adding Genie to your Home Screen after sign-in for quick access and optional notifications about missions, announcements and centre messages. On iPhone, the installed app may ask you to sign in again, so keep your username and password.
Who can see what I do?
Centre staff can review activity and messages. Students cannot message each other. Photo submissions are optional, and permission to use a photo for marketing is a separate choice.
I have an account but can’t sign in.
Ask the front desk for help with your username or password. There is no email reset. Go to sign in.
